Open the Advance Workshop Management Tools. Go to “Reports Customization”, select a report and double click to open it.
Select “Table1”, and then click “Property dialog…” in the lower right corner.
The objective is to sort all data, respectively, by “Profile”, by “Material”, and by “Length”.
In the “Table - Sorting” dialog box, access the “Sorting” tab.
Use the “+” (Add) button to add a new field.
In “Expression”, click the down arrow button to open the drop-down list and select Fields!SHAPE.Value for the first field (Profile).
Repeat this step two more times for the “Material” and “Length” fields.
The last necessary step is to change the last value, because the first two values are strings (and when reading data, all fields are strings), but for “Length” to be sorted correctly, it must be interpreted as a number.

To change this value, open the “Expression” drop-down list and select <Expression…>.
Insert “ToDouble” before the Fields!LENGHT.Value string, as in the image below, then click “OK” to confirm.
Click “OK” to close the “Table - Sorting” dialog, then save the report.
