GRAITEC Advance BIM Designers are the next-generation software for automation, optimization and interoperability. Combining analysis, intuitive modelling, automatic drawing and report creation, BIM Designers are crafted to deliver exceptional performance and design accuracy across multiple BIM and Analytical software applications.

With easy to use intuitive modelling tools, comprehensive built-in design settings covering a wide spectrum of uses, and customizable outputs, Advance BIM Designers not only add analytical capabilities to Revit®, but also automate the creation and calculation of the 3D rebar models, produce fully detailed documents, and simplify and support a complex multi-discipline model sharing BIM exchange workflow.

Working across multiple software platforms, including GRAITEC Advance Design®, Autodesk Advance Steel® and Autodesk Revit®, Advance BIM Designers enable users to utilize the same model and analytical data simultaneously across all supported applications.

 

Advance BIM Designers is a collection of advanced apps for automating structural design-to-detail BIM workflows and producing associated technical documentation.

Advance BIM Designers are grouped under two series to meet the specific needs of each industry sector:

  •   Concrete Series (Beam, Column, Footing, Slab, Wall)
  •   Steel Series (Connection Designer, Structure Design and Stairs & Railings)

BIM Designers Concrete Series

The Concrete Series works to various international standards to automate the design and creation of 3D rebar cages and produce related documentation including design reports, drawings and schedules, for common concrete Beam, Column, Footing, Slab and Wall elements.

Reinforced Concrete Beam Designer

Design-driven reinforcement calculation for 3D cage modeling and automated documentation production for reinforced concrete columns, beams and footings. Compatible with Autodesk® Revit® and GRAITEC Advance Design.

 

Reinforced Concrete Column Designer

Design-driven reinforcement calculation for 3D cage modeling and automated documentation production for reinforced concrete columns, beams and footings. Compatible with Autodesk® Revit® and GRAITEC Advance Design.

          Reinforced Concrete Column Designer

 

Reinforced Concrete Footing Designer

Design-driven reinforcement calculation for 3D cage modeling and automated documentation production for reinforced concrete columns, beams and footings. Compatible with Autodesk® Revit® and GRAITEC Advance Design.

BIM Designers Slab Designer module

The Slab Module is designated for the creation of reinforcement in concrete slabs and offers unique options of reinforcement modeling for rebar meshes placement, from which users can choose the most efficient one in terms of safety and cost efficiency. Compatible with Autodesk® Revit®.

BIM Designers Wall Designer module

The Wall Module calculates the reinforcement depending on loads and makes the necessary verification according to international codes for two types of walls: wall (with gravitational loads) and shear wall (placed into seismic zones). Compatible with Autodesk® Revit® and GRAITEC Advance Design.

Steel Structure Designer module

The Steel Structure Designer incorporates an extensive range of building definitions and tools enabling users to configure complete structures in seconds, from standard building shapes used in industry (platforms, steel halls), to more complex models, such as office buildings or structures with curved roofs, in seconds. Compatible with GRAITEC Advance Design.

GRAITEC Advance BIM Designer | Staris & Railings
Stair & Railing Designer

The Graitec Stairs & Railings module introduces straight and balanced stair types, together with different types of railings. The software offers users a set of stairs with one, two or three flights, defined according with the length and height of the area where will be placed. The Standard, Key Clamps and Ball post railing types can be positioned on the top or the side of the reference elements (beams, lines or points) and the Wall mounted railing type can be positioned in the left or right part of the reference elements.

Compatible with Autodesk® Advance Steel.
