Footing type
The Footing Type command, from the General group, opens a drop-down, where users can select the desired type of footing: Isolated or Continuous.

When switching from one type of footing to another, a dialog appears, asking you to create a new element, which lets you select a previously saved template file.

If you click Browse you can change the structural template by selecting a previously saved template file.
