Advance Design Ribbon - Documents Tab
The Documents tab of the Advance Design Ribbon provides access to report templates and allows you to change report-saving settings. This tab simplifies the process of generating, customizing, and managing your project reports.

Detailed Description of the Documents Tab
Each command is designed to enhance your reporting process, from selecting the perfect template to adjusting save settings for your reports. Below, you will find a description of the commands displayed on the Documents tab:
1. Project Settings command
Opens the Project Settings dialog box, allowing the definition of certain parameters which describe the Advance Design project and which are used in the report which is generated for the current project.

2. Documents Folder command
Opens the corresponding project folder containing the documents.

3. Save/Update view commands
Save and update the post-processing view.

4. Save As panel
Allows you to select one of the available documentation formats: RTF, DOC, DOCX, TXT, XLS, XLSX, PDF.

5. Report Templates panel
Allows you to select the desired report template, with a predefined configuration of tables and data.

6. Generate a New Report command
Opens the Report Generator dialog box, allowing you to obtain calculation reports containing data and results in different outputs (i.e., tables, texts, images, graphical post-processing, etc.). It is possible to configure the aspect and the structure of the report (i.e., cover sheet, summary, chapters, page breaks, etc.), add text and images, define the appearance and content of the available tables, etc. The content of the document to generate matches the previously made settings.

7. Rules Definition command
Opens the Rules Manager, allowing the definition of rules for filtering the results, in order to easily obtain filtered results (for certain elements and certain types of results), which are compared with limit values set by the user.

8. Selection panel

Invert Selection command -inverts selection (selects the unselected elements and unselects the selected ones.) |

9. Isolate / Display panel
