Displaying the Descriptive Model in Advance Design provides a clear and detailed visual representation of their structural projects. This feature enhances your understanding, facilitating more effective navigation and interpretation of the design.
To display the descriptive model structure during the analysis mode, follow these methods:
From the Ribbon: Navigate to the Results tab, locate the Post Processing panel, and select Descriptive model from the ColorMap Configuration dropdown list.
From the Drawing area: Right-click and select Display descriptive model from the context menu.
Go to Results dialog box: In the Options tab, enable Display descriptive model. (You can access the Results dialog box from the
Ribbon > Results tab > Settings panel > Results Setting or from the Menu > Analyze > Results Settings (<Alt + Z> )
Click the relevant icon
from the Analysis - F.E. Results toolbar / Analysis - Reinforced Concrete Results toolbar / Analysis - Timber Results toolbar / Analysis - Steel Results toolbar.
Or use the Keyboard shortcut: press F10.

Descriptive model - analysis mode
From the context menu command, it is possible to display/hide some components of the descriptive model in the graphic area.

Select elements to display
From the Display Settings dialog box, you can find additional visibility commands for the descriptive model. You can access the Display settings dialog box by pressing the shortcut Alt + X:

Use the options from the dialog box to control and refine the display of the descriptive model according to your preferences.
From the rendering settings, you can further personalize and fine-tune the display of your model.
