Define Unit Prices

 

In an Advance Design project, unit prices are defined in the Unit Prices Manager. There are no default unit price definitions, but custom databases of unit prices can be imported into the project. 

 

 

How to access the command

Use these methods to access the command:

 

  1. From the Menu:

    1. Select Edit > Unit Costs to open the Unit Prices Manager dialog.

  1. From the Ribbon: select Manage tab > Materials and Sections panel > Unit Costs.

  2. From the Properties window: in the properties window of objects place the cursor in the Unit costs code cell and click Materials button in Advance Design. Objects that can have associated unit prices sets are: linear and planar elements, load area, punctual and linear supports.

  3. From Materials window>Cost Data button>In Cost Data table, Data Set Name column and click Materials button in Advance Design

 


Currency units used in this dialog box must be set from the Working Units Definition dialog box.
Unit prices can be defined and modified only in Descriptive Model.

For linear and planar elements, price per reinforcement is included in the total estimation only for elements for which Reinforced Concrete Design has been performed.
