Advance Design Solver
Advance Design software package includes Advance Design Solver, an application dedicated to the computing of Advance Design models with FEM engine. It represents, basically, an interface for the Advance Design calculation engine, which you can use strictly for the calculation of Advance Design models.
Advance Design Solver calculates models that are already meshed, taking into account the assumptions defined in the corresponding Advance Design project (analyses to calculate, memory settings).
This application allows a better management of memory in the calculation of large models.

Advance Design Solver is stored in the Advanced Design installation folder, and you can access it using the following command: Windows Start menu > All Programs > Graitec > Advance Design > Advance Design Solver.

To load a calculated model in Advance Design Solver: click
. The Open dialog box allows you to browse and select the desired Advance Design model.

To launch the calculation of the loaded model in the Advance Design Solver, click Start. The performed operations are listed in the display area of Advance Design Solver:

If you want to stop the calculation, click Cancel.

Delete log file before Start: when enabled, the log content is cleared from the Advance Design Solver window, before launching a new calculation. When disabled, the log of each calculation is kept in the display area.
