Symmetries

In Advance Design, the Symmetry function mirrors a selected element or group of elements according to a specified symmetry plane or axis. It is also possible to copy the selected elements. For example, you can model only half of a symmetrical structure and then copy the other half by symmetry. The position of the copied elements in relation to the initial elements is determined by specifying a symmetry plane or a symmetry axis.
