As a GRAITEC Advantage member, you will have assistance in the day-to-day use of your software. GRAITEC's technical support service is available by phone, fax or e-mail.

Technical tasks

Several Technical Support units were created to assist you in the daily use of your software.
Their tasks include:

  • Guiding you in using your software
  • Helping you design/model your structures
  • Forwarding your various comments, suggestions and requests, to the appropriate departments
  • CAD/Design projects

A team of professionals

GRAITEC support engineers are all professionals in the structural design and analysis field.
Their functions are:

  • Technical support
  • Assistance with CAD and design projects
  • Software validation and testing
  • Writing software technical specifications

Depending on the region, technical support may be provided either by a GRAITEC engineer or by one of our accredited partners.
