Go to website http://www.ifcbrowser.com/
Download (and install) the IFC Viewer:

2. Export an Advance Steel model to an IFC file

Choose from the Advance Steel toolbar "Import / Export" the "Export IFC".

3. View the IFC model in the IFC viewer

Choose "File" / "Open" and select the IFC file.
