Several Technical Support units were created to assist you in the daily use of your software. Their tasks include:

   Guiding you in using your software
   Helping you design/model your structures
   Forwarding your various comments, suggestions and requests,
   to the appropriate departments
   CAD/Design projects

GRAITEC support engineers are all professionals in the structural design and analysis field. Their functions are:

   Technical support
   Assistance with CAD and design projects
   Software validation and testing
   Writing software technical specifications

Depending on the region, technical support may be provided either by a GRAITEC engineer or by one of our accredited partners.
