Further to Supreme Steel's substantial research of all the available choices on the market to deliver powerful and flexible steel detailing software to replace Supreme Steel's StruCAD technology, the Edmonton, Winnipeg and Saskatoon offices chose Advance Steel as their main detailing solution because of smart features offered and the easy to use environment of the standalone version.

Hugo Michaud, GRAITEC North America Sales Director, comments: "We are proud to have been chosen by a prestigious fabricator such as Supreme Steel. This underlines how strong our technologies have become and demonstrates our commitment to the North American market."

Brad Turner, Detailing Manager of the Supreme Steel Edmonton office adds: "We were impressed with the program's ability to deal with curved members and plate work. We feel this software gives us flexibility in its ability to develop routines to suit our standard practices. With our current proficiency in AutoCAD development we feel that this software is a natural fit."

Created in 1972 through the founding operations of Supreme Steel, Supreme Group has grown to now be recognized as a dominant steel and construction business within North America. The company has a large variety of modern robotic plasma cutting equipment and automated beam lines that supports a fabrication capacity of over 160,000 tons/year. With its experienced staff of engineers, project managers and detailers utilizing a variety of sophisticated 3-D software, the company offers in-house fabrication modeling, integrated design, design-build, design-assist, full field erection capabilities and general contracting services for large or small, simple and complex projects. Supreme Group's core strength is drawn from its dedicated staff as demonstrated by a management team with plant and field workforce that averages 25 years of experience.
