GRAITEC Group reports excellent revenue growth (+21%)for the first Semester of 2008

Paris, July 23rd, 2008 - GRAITEC, an international developer of 3D modeling, structural design and automatic drawing creation software for construction professionals, reports an increase of + 21% of its first Semester turnover (compared to 2007).
Excellent growth revenues in all countries

Graitec France had enormous success in its territory, positioning itself as a leader in analysis and design and CAD for the construction field. The analysis and design products saw an increase of +27% compared to 2007, while the CAD products registered a growth of +24%.

GRAITEC Germany delivered a 22% growth in turnover.

GRAITEC Czech Republic has achieved 36% growth in its turnover compared to 2007 and performed very well for its local Cadkon Product (+16%) and for Advance Steel (+34%).

ADRIS Ltd. has performed with a turnover growth of 5% compared to 2007 and began to sell Advance Steel directly. ADRIS Ltd. is also managing Integer Ltd., a company that joined the Group in April 2008.

Although dedicated to R&D, GRAITEC Romania, which started developing sales activities in 2006, has registered an incredible increase of its turnover of 74%.

GRAITEC Americas and CivilDesign Inc. have moved to the same office in Longueuil. CivilDesign has registered a growth of +36%.

Indirect sales revenues have grown by 27%.

International growth continues with acquisitions and new partnerships

CSI, one of the leading structural design solution providers in Germany was acquired in March 2008. Established in 1980, CSI specializes in the development of static analysis software for Civil Engineering and Construction, mainly for the German speaking markets in the areas of Steel, Concrete and Timber with their CS-STATIK and CS-PONS applications. They also provide a complete range of services (Education, Hotline, software updates).

Integer Ltd., a UK leading structural design solution provider was acquired in April 2008 through Adris Ltd. Established in 1983 by a group of civil engineers and managed by Brian Munton, Integer has creating an integrated range of structural analysis, design and detailing software. The business has been predominantly focused on Modeling, Analysis, Design and Detailing for engineers in Bridge and Structural Projects. Moreover, Integer offers complete maintenance and development services to its customers.

New Office in Singapore: due to significant demand from all across Asia-Pacific and in line with expansion plans to serve and support our growing number of clients and partners across the region, we opened a new Office in Singapore which will cover the ASIA-PACIFIC Territory in the beginning of July 2008.

Extension of the Reseller network: new reseller agreements were signed in Spain with CAESOFT, in Japan with FORUM 8 and for UAE market with IMAGE GRAPHIX. All these new partners are very enthusiastic about the sales perspectives and capabilities of our solution.
