GRAITEC strengthens its UK position by acquiring Integer Software Limited, a key UK civil engineering software provider.
Bievres France, April 8th, 2008. GRAITEC, an international software developer for CAD and structural analysis solutions for civil engineering has acquired Integer Software Ltd, a UK leading structural design solution provider, on April 1st, 2008 through ADRIS Ltd, their UK subsidiary. GRAITEC Group intends to integrate Integer's innovative structural analysis solution into its Advance suite of applications.
Established in 1983 by a group of civil engineers and managed by Brian Munton, Integer has created an integrated range of structural design and analysis software used by 9 of the top 10 UK engineering consultancies. The business has been predominantly focused on Modelling, Analysis, Design and Detailing for engineers in Bridge and Structural Projects. In addition, Integer offers a complete maintenance and development services to its clients.
Integer, a very profitable company, boasts an impressive client base of over 3400 users in the UK including large engineering consultancy blue chip clients such as Atkins, Mott McDonald, WSP, Jacobs, Mouchel Parkman, Halcrow, RPS Group, Capita Symonds, Scott Wilson, Arup... SuperSUITE is the collection of structural engineering software that shares the same user friendly, powerful graphical interface. SuperSUITE features a core frame analysis program SuperSTRESS with modules available for steelwork design SuperSTEEL, reinforced concrete design SuperCONCRETE and highway loading for bridge analysis H-LOAD and AutoLoader. All the software has export and import facility to Word and CAD packages and Integer can also supply an AutoCAD add on, SuperCAD, for all electronic reinforced concrete detailing and scheduling.
