GRAITEC announces excellent results for 2005

Paris, 22 february 2006 - GRAITEC a major worldwide developer of software for simulation and construction drawings announces excellent results for fiscal year 2005. With an increase in turnover of over 12%the group achieved rigourous objectives: 9,7 M€ turnover with a 7% operational benefit.

Outstanding achievements for 2005: An explosion in North American sales (+166 %), Strong consolidated sales in Central Europe (+42%) and the resounding success of Advance - Concrete on the French market (+22%). In addition to vigourous sales the Graitec Research & Development team released a completely new generation of structural design software: Effel Advanced. Initial sales numbers of this new product confirms a succesfull launch.

Thus with 160 employees that include 120 engineers and a distribution network of 9 subsidiaries and more than 30 associates, GRAITEC confirms its world leadership position in CAD and structural analysis for the construction engineering market.

New institutional investors (CDC Entreprises Innovation, Crédit Agricole Private Equity, BNP Paribas) have joined the existing shareholders and confirmed their confidence in the GRAITEC project.
