3D Reinforcement cages

Highly customizable reinforcement styles support the design of the reinforcement for an element. These reinforcement styles give you automatic rebar detailing of reinforcement cages previously designed using structural members static calculations.

• Any reinforcement element can be used for the cage design: fabrics, bent fabrics, all kind of bars (straight bars, point bars, frames, pin bars, stirrups, etc.), spirals, etc.
• Any structure element can be reinforced: beams, walls, openings, footings, etc.
• Numerous opening types are available: doors, windows, depressions, openings, niches, elevator pits, etc.
• Customizable styles dedicated to stairs reinforcement

Beginning at the modeling step, this tool assigns the reinforcement cages to each object.

Draw the section rebar detail once and apply it to any structural member with a similar profile. It’s that easy!

3D rebar viewer

In Advance Concrete, although the reinforcement elements are drawn in 2D, they can be previewed in 3D using the 3D viewer.

Using the information from the reinforcement drawing, the viewer recreates the reinforcement cages. It works for any reinforcement element: bars, fabrics, bent fabrics, etc.

An improved realistic preview can be obtained using viewing tools such as '3D orbit' and shade mode.

The 3D reinforcement cage can be stored as a drawing and printed.
